MY HAIR WON’T BE SILENCED 
A branded content project for on Pantene’s Gold Series campaign. Pantene joined forces with Black Minds Matter and Project Embrace  to raise awareness and drive change in helping end hair discrimination. I had the pleasure of working with Jolade Olusanya as 1st AD.

STONE COLD KILLERS 
Spoken word poet LionHeart has spent three years researching the effects that architecture can have on our mental wellbeing. CONVERSATIONS WITH MY FATHER
27 year old Khari went to private school and has two degrees, but decided he wanted to work as a bar man. Now he wants to discover what his Dad thinks of his career choices, watch how their conversation goes.

Hair-care guru Kenique lets her mum Jennifer do her hair in a braid out style. Kenique’s just become a mum and she wants to know how Jennifer kept her identity after she and her three siblings were born.

Author and sex blogger Shakira, is in Coronavirus lockdown away from her long-term boyfriend, but she’s keeping her relationship alive with regular virtual dates. And her top tip for love in lockdown: “Even if they’re going to speak about the new Final Fantasy game you listen… because they’re you’re person innit.”

LOVE IN LOCKDOWN: SURVIVING LOCKDOWN WITH YOUR BAE 
Mel is a fitness & sex vlogger in lockdown with her husband. We follow her at home to learn “how you can survive lockdown with your husband and not throw him out of the window.”

A group of 16 year olds talk about the pressures they’re facing today, including climate change and money.

ORBIT
Euphoria. A feeling that transcends age, background, race and class. Despite all odds, a group of people with no place in today’s gentrified London find time and space follow their passion. This film explores the euphoria of movement through the art of roller skating; it’s beyond a hobby, it’s a way of life. 

This was a personal film project I made during my time on the Channel 4 Production Training Scheme.

THINGS NOT TO SAY SERIES 
A light-hearted format that gives maligned and marginalised people in society a voice and a chance to speak out against the stereotypes and prejudices held against them. 

I’ve worked across over 40 episodes from shooting researcher to producer and also won a Broadcast Digital Award in 2019 for Best Format.
